Excellent service from Qamar for our rental property EPC assessment. He arranged an appointment for the next day and issued the certificate on the same day. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

I recently used BES EPC, for an updated certificate for a probate property and what a great, straightforward service I received. Qamar was informative, clear details and costs provided upfront, flexible dates for appointment, Qamar was friendly, on time for the pre arranged appointment, answered all my questions and provided clear details of what he would need to asses. Highly recommended and will use BES EPC again.

Qumar has done two EPC’s on two different properties for us. The service he provides is brilliant and he is very knowledgable and explains everything throughly. We will definitely be using again on any future properties.

Would highly recommend

Fast service (next day) and prompt issuing of certificate once the checks were completed. All at a great price. Thanks, BES.
Highly recommended!

Excellent service, on time, kept me informed

Great service from Qamar

Great service, communication and competitive price would recommend 👍

Had Qamar from the team at BES Services come out to carry out an EPC at our house, and I honestly couldn’t fault the service.

The whole process was super easy from start to finish. Booking was straightforward online, and Qamar followed up with both a phone call and emails to make sure everything was arranged.

He arrived right on time, kept us fully informed throughout, and explained what he was doing and what he needed to check. The report was completed and sent over exactly when he said it would be.

Super simple, professional and hassle-free from start to finish.

5⭐ service — would definitely recommend BES Services!
